RSPP – Safety at work
RSPP stands for “Person Responsible for Prevention and Protection”. This person is a professional expert in safety, nominated by the employer to deal with all aspects regarding the maintenance and improvement of health and safety in the workplace. Art. 2 letter F of D.Lgs81/2008 of the Italian law defines the Person Responsible for Prevention and Protection as “a person having the skills and professional requirements, nominated by the employer to whom they report, to coordinate the service of prevention and protection from risks”. In accordance with the existing law, we carefully follow the safety of the companies we manage as, besides being a legal condition it also an ethical one, which improves working conditions and facilitates the work itself. In order to make a correct assessment of safety, a systematic and organised collection of data and information is required with the cooperation of all the people involved, from the employer to the employees, to enable the drawing-up of a concrete report of risks assessment.
